3. Step-by-Step Delivery Process

  1. Order Processing (1–2 Business Days): Our technical team inspects the engine, purges all testing fluids (gasoline and oil) per federal transportation laws, and double-boxes or crates the unit onto a wooden pallet.
  2. Dispatch & Tracking: As soon as your motor leaves our California warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number (UPS/FedEx) or Bill of Lading (BOL) link (LTL Freight).
  3. Delivery Appointment (Freight Shipments): For larger motors (15 HP and above shipped via freight), the freight carrier will call you 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
  4. Curbside Liftgate Delivery: Freight deliveries are made via a liftgate truck that lowers the boxed motor safely to the ground at your driveway or loading dock.
