Tohatsu MFS15 EFI 2026: The Current Battery-Less Fifteen
The 2026 Tohatsu MFS15 EFI is the newest build of the industry’s lightest battery-less EFI 15 HP four stroke. The 333cc (20.3 cu in) twin delivers 15 HP (11.0 kW) through a digital ECU that starts immediately in all conditions with no choke, gives quicker throttle response and smoother trolling, and improves economy substantially over carbureted designs. A recoil starter is standard on all models, the tool-free fuel/water separator keeps service simple, and Power Tilt is available on many configurations. The current technical leader in the 15HP outboard class.
